David took up the role of BT Tower Division Director in July 2022. He is responsible for commercialising BT’s owned tower infrastructure as well as other use cases such as Data Centres, DAS and EV street-based charging across of all BT’s passive infrastructure, including exchanges and street cabinets. David joined the board of MBNL, the mobile network JV between EE and Three UK, in January 2023 and is Chair of the MBNL Health & Safety Board Sub-Committee.

Among other things, David is very engaged in understanding the profile and extent of AI consumption demand in terms of both power and digital infrastructure.

Prior to BT Group, David spent 15 years as a senior executive with the tower infrastructure business Crown Castle Australia (now Indara), following which he provided corporate advisory services to a number of telcos, towercos, funds and investors in the digital infrastructure space. David started his career as a corporate lawyer in Sydney and London.
