Carlos Guilherme Araújo is a seasoned leader in OSS product management with over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.

As Head of Product Management & Innovation at Altice Labs, he leads innovation in Assurance solutions and drives the evolution of operations toward autonomy. A passionate advocate for autonomous operations, Carlos actively champions the vision and strategy for the design and integration of AI-agents that enable next-generation OSS capabilities. He is also committed to transforming traditional OSS models into intelligent, scalable, and resilient operational ecosystems.

Carlos holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Telecommunications and Computer Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto. He also earned an MBA from Porto Business School.
