Bradford Manning is an investor and entrepreneur focused on "critical path investing", identifying and solving the bottlenecks that constrain fast-scaling technologies. He is a partner at Drake Foundry, a platform that develops and deploys resources to remove structural barriers in emerging markets such as edge computing, AI infrastructure, and next-generation energy.

Prior to Drake, he led investments at Tiger Lily Capital and Macoma Capital, and co-founded Two Blind Brothers, the cause-driven brand sold across 2,000 stores to over 500,000 customers.

His work has been featured by Fox Business, NBC Nightly News, and Forbes 30 Under 30. Bradford holds a degree in finance from the University of Virginia and a master’s in psychology from Columbia University.
