This year, we’re launching the Emerging Leaders Programme designed to foster the next generation of talent in telecoms - and we can only do this with your support.

Developing future leaders requires more than technical knowledge; it requires connections, mentorship, and visibility. However, many early-career professionals face significant barriers in building meaningful industry relationships. Access to the right networks can be a defining factor in career growth, yet many young professionals lack these opportunities.

This is where intentionality matters. By deliberately creating pathways for emerging talent, we can drive meaningful change and future-proof our industry. The Emerging Leaders Programme is not only a way to support rising professionals but also an opportunity to showcase your organisation’s leadership in workforce development.

We are inviting our telecom speakers and VIPs to nominate one employee, below 30 years of age, from their organisation who may not otherwise have the budget or time off to attend an industry event. Here’s what they will receive:
