Thomas Nogues

Thomas Nogues is Executive Advisor for CableLabs focusing on providing services to its European members. Before this assignment, he was already working closely with cable operators as Director of Technology at Cable Europe. Thomas created back in 2010 the consulting company KERTOM to provide services to telecom and media companies. Prior to this, he was Director of Technology for the Motion Picture Association based in Brussels and he worked for several years in the UK at NDS, a leading Conditional Access and Middleware technology specialist. Thomas started his career in engineering within the semiconductor industry at ST Microelectronics both in France and in the UK. Thomas holds an engineering's degree in telecommunication from Telecom Paris, a degree in Applied Physics as well as an MBA from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
