Sophie Claude

Sophie Claude is Vice President Home Services at Orange, responsible for the entity in charge of research, exploration and operational projects in the Home domain: from TV and entertainment services to home connectivity and connected devices. Previously, she was in charge of the innovation strategy for home connectivity devices and services, as Head of the Home Connectivity Innovation Portfolio. For the past ten years at Orange, Sophie Claude worked in production and IT strategy, then put in place the cybersecurity organization within Orange France’s Technical and Information System management. She has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry at Orange, as well as with other multinational companies such as Alcatel-Nokia and Volvo, where she has held numerous positions in the areas of mobile and fixed networks, business services and IT.
