Reza Jafari

Mr. Jafari is the Chairman and CEO and Founder of e-Development International - - an executive advisory group that promotes and participates in ICT initiatives for Transformational Leadership, Strategic Alliances and Eco-systems Development, Smart Cities and Connected Communities. Mr. Jafari currently serves as the Vice Chairman of Board of Trustees of Chesapeake College; the Co-Chairman of Connected City Advisory Board of WBA; and a Board member of the India, China and America Institute; a member of the Judging Panel for GSMA GLOMO Awards. Mr. Jafari has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of ITU TELECOM; a Commissioner of the UN Broadband Commission; a board member of GSMA, Ltd; Group President of EDS/HP’ Global Communications, Media and Entertainment Industry Group; Managing Director of the Communications and Media Industry Group for EMEA. Mr. Jafari received his MBA and his ABD/PhD in Instructional Systems Technology and Innovation from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana, USA.
