Raghuram Rangarajan

Engineering Leader

Dr. Raghuram Rangarajan is an engineering leader at Amazon, where his organization drives the development of connectivity software across Amazon devices. Prior to Amazon, he was the Director of Software at Quantenna communication (acquired by ON semiconductor), where he led the development of adaptive 8x8 Wi-Fi 5/6/6E solutions as well as strategic initiatives. He has also held wireless architect roles with Cisco's enterprise wireless business unit, where he was part of the team that won two pioneer awards for Cisco Aironet access points and at Mimosa Networks, where he pioneered backhaul and fixed wireless access products. Rangarajan received his doctoral degree from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where he won the Distinguished Achievement award for his seminal research contributions and undergraduate degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
