Noah Roychowdhury is Global Head of Customer Intelligence at Colt Technology Services (Colt). His team is responsible for measuring and improving customer experience (Cx) at Colt. Based in London, he works closely with colleagues based in 52 Colt offices to develop and sustain Colt’s Cx advantage. In the past two years, as a result of a combination of Cx initiatives Colt’s NPS has grown by twenty points and tracks more than double the leading industry averages. Noah brings more than two decades of diverse experience to this role. Noah is an alumnus of the London Business School.
