José Antonio Ordóñez Lucena

Jose Ordonez-Lucena is a Technology Expert and Standards Specialist at Telefónica I+D, within the Global CTIO Unit. He is currently working on technology exploration activities for 5G and B5G systems, with a special focus on end-to-end network slicing solutions and APIs for network capability exposure, considering their joint applicability for public-private network integration scenarios. Jose is actively involved in research and innovation activities, with a number of papers published in relevant magazines and conferences, and with participation in different European projects, including 5G-CLARITY and HEXA-X. He is also Telefónica’s OSS delegate in standard bodies and telco industry fora, contributing to 3GPP SA5, ETSI ISG ZSM, GSMA NG and CAMARA (Telco Global API Alliance).
