Jan Michiel Berkel has been a senior manager within the Eurofiber Group since 2014. After starting his career in the M&A consultancy industry, he joined digital infrastructure provider Eurofiber to lead the corporate development team. In 2018, he founded and became Managing Director of DCspine, a Eurofiber branch providing datacenter interconnectivity for more than 80 datacenters, utilizing its fully automated, high-capacity platform. In 2021, DCspine became part of the newly established Cloud Infra Division, which provides its customers with various platforms and IaaS services, based on six Tier III datacenters and advanced platform technology. At Eurofiber Cloud Infra, Jan Michiel Berkel is commercial director and member of the board. He is also member of the board of the Dutch Telecom Society.
