James Crawshaw

As part of Omdia’s telecoms operations and IT team, James Crawshaw specializes in managed services and operations support systems. These include service and network management systems such as service assurance, orchestration/fulfillment, order management, inventory management, SON, network security, etc. James’ research helps communications service operators (CSPs) and their technology partners make better informed decisions on the critical business and technical issues that affect their companies. Before joining Omdia, James led Heavy Reading’s communications service provider IT & automation research service. He continues to examine the breadth of systems and software used by CSPs in customer, business, service, and infrastructure management. James holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering in electrical and mechanical engineering from the University of Manchester, England.
