Gilles Charbit

Dr Gilles Charbit is Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at MediaTek. Gilles is rapporteur for Release-17 Non-Terrestrial Network  Internet of Things Work Item in 3GPP Radio Access Network Standards. Prior to working at MediaTek, he worked at Renesas Mobile Europe, Nokia, and NEC Mobile Phones in algorithm development, 3GPP research and standards. He was awarded Ph.D. from Engineering Department at Lancaster University, UK and holds a Diploma Ingenieur Grande Ecole Nationale Superieure from ENSEA, France .
