Geke Rosier


Geke Rosier is an entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in developing marketing strategies for technology companies. She began her career with Microsoft in 1995. She then moved on to work as a marketing strategy consultant for technology start-ups and in 2004 she co-founded her first company, ForceFive, specialising in business and IT alignment. She founded RightBrains in 2014 with the purpose of closing the gender gap. The year after, she launched the Digital Leadership Programme for women with digital leadership ambitions. Today RightBrains aims to grow a career and mentor platform providing a safe environment for women to network and learn. Geke is also the co-author and creator of the book Ronde vormen in IT (2011), the magazine I Lof IT (2015) and the RightBrains Career Guide (2017). In 2021 she was a finalist for the Joke Smit Oeuvreprijs. This is a Dutch government prize for a person that makes a fundamental contribution to improving the position of women and in 2022 she won the Dianne Bevelander Prize for her substantial contribution to the cause.
