Eben Albertyn

Eben Albertyn (1975) has been Executive Director Technology since the start of VodafoneZiggo on 1 January 2017. Previously, Eben had worked for Vodafone Netherlands as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) since 1 October 2015, in which role he was responsible for the IT landscape and the network. Before he settled in the Netherlands, Eben held numerous technical positions at telecom providers in Africa. He was, for example, CTO at MTN in South Africa and Group CTO at Airtel Africa in 18 countries. Eben studied at the Rand Afrikaans University in South Africa and has a MSc degree in Electronic and Telecoms Engineering.
