Carlos Santos is the Global Head of Products for Broadband and Video and actively supports the different regions to understand the customer needs, recycle the information and translate it to a tangible product delivery while working at the same time with the Head Quarters in Korea to make it possible following strict KPIs such as On Time, On Budget and On defined Quality. Carlos is representing KAON, which is a technology leader providing solutions for Video and Broadband and driving next generation services. KAON is headquartered in South Korea, with a global presence in over 24 countries including Germany, Norway, France, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Australia, USA, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Japan, and others.
