Beatrice Barresi

Beatrice is working at the European Space Agency (ESA) since more than 10 years. Her background is in remote sensing and environmental related applications and in the Agency she works in the Business Application Program which is aimed to build economic sustainable services  exploiting  satellite data  for the needs of European citizens and society at large. She has been involved as project manager in the development of more than 50 services dealing with agri-food, security&safety and energy. Before working for ESA, she spent a few years in the telecommunication industry to design payload satellites of future space missions.
